Welcome Gateway Scholars and class of 2017!
On behalf of the Brandeis faculty and students, it is my pleasure to welcome you to Brandeis University as a Gateway Scholar. You were carefully selected for this program based upon your strong academic performance, quality of character and potential for contribution to our community.
For seven weeks in the summer, the Gateway program will engage you in intensive writing, critical reading and oral communication studies, as you become an active member of the Brandeis community. In the fall semester, you will enroll in Brandeis undergraduate coursework that may include additional Gateway courses as recommended by your academic advisor.
