Brandeis IBS Applicants:
We look for prospective students who will make significant leadership contributions in business, finance or policy-making. You should have:
- a successful academic record in an American bachelor's or equivalent foreign degree
- good analytical skills demonstrated by GRE or GMAT scores (take a free GMAT sim test and receive your estimated GMAT score)
- interest in international issues and motivation for challenging graduate study
Full-time work experience is desirable, though not required. Undergraduate studies should encompass principles of micro and macroeconomics, statistics and Familiarity in a language other than English. In some cases, the committee will admit candidates if they take certain courses before enrollment.
Application Deadlines:
The deadlines for application to our fall MA in International Economics and Finance programs are:
- November 1st -- early notification deadline
- February 1st -- priority deadline for scholarships
- April 15th -- final deadline
Applications received by the earlier deadlines are granted priority for financial aid. Admissions decisions are usually reached within one month of the application deadline.
