Working at Facebook’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) division in Dublin, Ilan Dee, MBA ’12 helped the Platform Operations department improve how companies and developers integrate with Facebook. After five years in the online software industry, Dee described the environment at Facebook as “youthful” and “constantly changing.” The company’s internal motto? “Move Fast and Break Things.”
