The CBS interns had the opportunity to engage in informational luncheons every Wednesday, which gave Greenwald the opportunity to learn from – and network with – some of the top executives at the company. “It’s definitely been a memorable experience and allowed me to get a behind the scenes look at the digital advertising world,” he said. “CBS has got a great culture – it’s a friendly, energetic environment, and it fits with me.”

Jason Greenwald MBA ’13 spent the last few months interning at CBS, where he reported directly to the network’s Vice President of Advertising Operations. Funded through the Brandeis IBS Internship Award program, Greenwald’s summer gig has involved a little bit of everything, from working on client proposals and media plans to tracking online advertisement impressions and even visiting television stations in the New York City area.
