Description: Prerequisite: BUS 235f. Meets for one-half semester and yields half-course credit. The course looks at the analysis, financing, and management of income-producing real property in the Emerging Markets. Using case discussion, we will explore how developers and investors identify projects, determine value, design marketing strategies, and obtain financing in their various markets.
