Description: Prerequisite: BUS 220a is strongly recommended. Meets for one-half semester and yields half-course credit. Explores the managerial, strategic, financial and behavioral complexities in small and mid-size family owned companies around the globe. Examines the evolutionary stages in the life of a family business and the challenges and opportunities that must be managed at each stage. Usually offered every year.
