Description: Prerequisite: FIN 212a. Meets for one-half semester and yields half-course credit. Exposes students to the problem of fraudulent financial reporting, including its causes, impact, and practical, cost-effective responses. Using actual and simulated case material, students will acquire skills needed to identify, investigate, and report findings on corporate fraud. Usually offered every third year.
