Description: ”Field Projects in Consulting” provides students with the opportunity to apply their skills and knowledge to solving actual client problems. The class will include up to twenty-one students, who in teams of three, will be assigned to one of seven projects for the duration of the course. The projects will involve a wide array of management topics, such as: strategy, marketing, organization, mergers and acquisitions, profit improvement, cost reduction, customer service, and process improvement. Usually offered every year.
