		Academics : Resources Checklist of Things to remember before leaving your home country: I have a valid passport with a U.S. Entry Visa Stamp (F-1 or J-1). I have the Form I-20 from Brandeis (if you are an F-1 student) and it is with my passport (or the Form DS-2019 if you are a J-1 Exchange visitor). I have copied all of the above documents for safekeeping. I have completed all of the necessary Brandeis forms (the Health Waiver/Enrollment Form, etc.) and returned them to the Office of Admissions by the specified deadline dates. I have made housing arrangements. I have read the directions to the Brandeis campus. I have had a medical, dental or vision check-up recently. I have copies of my immunization documents. I have prescription medicine with me (if needed).
