The goal of the Leadership Fellows Program is to create a human connection between First Year students and a Second Year student who will act as a peer counselor, advisor and mentor. While the degree of contact will vary from person to person, there is an assumption that Leadership Fellows will be pro-active in their efforts to connect with First Year students throughout the year. Though the natural course of events will dictate that students may have more contact and need in the beginning of each semester, the expectation is that the contact will continue throughout the semester.

All incoming students are assigned to a specific Leadership Fellow, however, all Leadership Fellows are available to all students. Feel free to reach out to any of the Leadership Fellows if you need assistance, advice, or just a friendly word.
