Global Directions Program

"Attending the IBS summer program gives you a competitive advantage -
in choosing classes, understanding classroom culture, meeting people,
getting started on career work, and feeling comfortable at the School."

David, from Honduras

At the International Business School we understand the challenge of operating effectively in a new culture.  The Global Directions Program is an intensive summer workshop specifically designed to ease your transition to life in the United States and enable you to gain maximum benefit from your studies at Brandeis from day one.

Global Directions focuses on the skills you will need to participate successfully in a US classroom environment, on making connections with the IBS faculty and your fellow students, and on the development of your career search and networking capabilities. The workshop includes:

  • Introduction to business classroom culture
  • Business Case Study practice
  • Career networking reception

In short, Global Directions will give you an introduction to American academic and business culture that will get your time at the school off to the best possible start!

We warmly encourage you to sign up now for the
