The goal of the Leadership Fellows Program is to create a human connection between First Year students and a Second Year student who will act as a peer counselor, advisor and mentor. While the degree of contact will vary from person to person, there is an assumption that Leadership Fellows will be pro-active in their efforts to connect with First Year students throughout the year.

All incoming students are assigned to a specific Leadership Fellow, however, all Leadership Fellows are available to all students. Feel free to reach out to any of the Leadership Fellows if you need assistance, advice, or just a friendly word.
