Verbundnetz Gas AG, Leipzig (Germany), Summer 2012 internship at Trading Department

Personal Interests:
Jogging & Yogging ;) (Every day at 5:30, everyone is welcome to join), definitely cooking-cooking-cooking, traveling and getting to know new people from all over the world

Favorite courses taken at the International Business School:
Number one is "Investing in Energy" by Professor Ballantine, followed by "Transnational Negotiations" with Professor Cohen, and then very intensive but so crucial, "Applied Macroeconomics" with Professor Osler

Best extracurricular activity related to my career:
Competitions on both school and national levels, guest speaker events and networking sessions organized by the Career Center, as well as numerous IBS student clubs and associations

Best place to explore in the Boston/Cambridge/Waltham area:

Boston starts with the Prudential Tower with its Sky Walk tour, where you can enjoy the 360 degree panorama of Boston the Beautiful, and then...Boston Common for the best fall picnics and open-air theater performances in August, Newbury Street for lovely stores, Quincy Market during Christmastime and the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Cambridge- definitely Harvard Square

Best advice for First Year students?

Stay open-minded and don't miss an opportunity to enjoy the experience. Every day. And yes, move!
