Letter of Invitation:

The International Students and Scholars Office (ISSO) provides a letter of invitation for students who plan to invite foreign national family members to attend the commencement weekend. This can be used to request a B-2 visitor (tourist) visa. The form can be found HERE. 

Disability Accommodations:

If any family or friends who are attending the weekend activities has a disability that requires special arrangements, please inform Viola Morse as soon as possible. 

Area Hotels:

Because of the large number of graduation ceremonies taking place around the Boston area over this weekend, we recommend that you make hotel reservations as soon as possible. Visit this site for local hotel and restaurant information.  

Tickets to the University-wide Commencement:

You will not need tickets to attend the IBS commencement ceremony (8:00 a.m. in Levin Auditorium on 5/19), but they are required for the Brandeis Commencement ceremony (10:30 a.m. at Gosman Sports Complex, 5/19). Graduating students may claim up to 5 tickets each. They will be distributed in May.
