We are excited to have you join our community this fall. We will be updating this page frequently as the semester approaches. In the meantime, please be aware of the following information as you prepare for your time at Brandeis International Business School:

You will also be receiving Orientation information via email. Please remember to check your email for important information about New Student Orientation and beginning of the semester details.
By now, you should have been contacted by your Leadership Fellow. Leadership Fellows are second year students who act as a guides and mentors to new students throughout their first year at Brandeis International Business School. You will be contacted by this person in the next few weeks. If you have not heard from your Leadership Fellow by August 1st, please contact Viola Morse (vmorse@brandeis.edu).
As incoming students, you have already been pre-registered for many of your first semester courses. You will receive additional information about registration at Orientation.
It is mandatory that all students have health insurance. You cannot take classes without being insured. If you have not already completed a health form, you can download it here. Options for submitting your form include: 1. mail the form to the Health Center, 2. scan it and email it to Diana Baccari (baccari@brandeis.edu) or 3. make your selections from your Sage account (until August 15th). Shortly after you arrive, you will receive a "NETBOOK", which is a pictorial student guide. We need you to submit an electronic copy of a passport-like photo. Keep in mind that the photo should be professional. Please fill out this form and send it with the photo to Matt Rocker (rocker@brandeis.edu) by July 31st. You may also contact Matt with any questions about the photo and book.
Because most of you are coming from far away, you may wonder about what you will need to bring with you. To make things a bit easier, be aware that through our graduate students office, there will be two scheduled shopping trips to a nearby mall, with bus transportation provided, on August 25 and August 26. Buses will leave from campus at 5 pm. In upcoming Newsletters, we’ll tell you more about some events to look forward to. In the meantime, keep checking our website.
