The IBS faculty consists of twenty research-oriented scholars specializing in international finance, economics and business, and a similar number of adjunct professors with extensive practical experience as senior executives of Boston-area companies. All faculty share an interest in international issues and often have substantial international research or work experience.

The Asper Center serves as a platform to probe and understand the key trends affecting entrepreneurship across cultures and borders. It was established by Leonard J. Asper '86, President of CanWest Global Communications, Canada's largest media conglomerate.

Rosenberg Institute of Global Finance
This major new center was established in 2001 with a generous gift from Richard and Barbara Rosenberg. This year's theme is "The Financial Implications of Global Aging."

Center of Asia-Pacific Business and Economics
The Center is also an APEC Study Center. It addresses trade, investment, finance and development in the Asia Pacific as a whole, and in particular countries of the region.
