Joe is the dean of the Hiatt Career Center at Brandeis University and has a significant amount of experience in managing career offices and creating creative partnerships with employers, graduate schools and other organizations to meet the varying needs of students. Prior to joining Brandeis, Joe was the Vice President of Career & Civic Opportunities at Teach For America, which hired Joe to design and build a career office which now serves over 8,000 program participants and close to 20,000 alumni in more than 25 cities.
Joe currently serves on the board of directors of the National Association of Colleges and Employers and numerous Brandeis committees.
