Professor Cohen founded The Negotiation Skills Company, Inc., a firm dedicated to negotiation consulting and training for corporations and organizations in the global marketplace. He taught for 10 years in the international MBA program at Groupe HEC, outside Paris and has also taught at INSEAD, ESCA Angers, IE and ES (Madrid), and other business schools in the USA & Europe. His corporate clients have included such companies as Emerson Corporation, Wal-Mart, British Telecom (UK),General Motors, Proudfoot Consulting (USA, UK,France), Goodrich Aerostructures, Allergen, Taj Hotels (India), Astro (Malaysia) and Flextronics (Singapore & China), Siemens, National Health Service (UK). He has taught people from more than 85 countries. Professor Cohen's first book, Negotiating Skills for Managers, is published in seven international editions. His second book, The Practical Negotiator, was published in October 2013.
