Profile

Nidhiya Menon is an empirical microeconomist with interests in development economics, labor, demography, and public health. She is an affiliate faculty member of the Women's and Gender Studies Department of Brandeis University, and has been a researcher at the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh,and a consultant with the Development Economics Research Group of the World Bank in the past. At Brandeis, she teaches courses in statistics and development economics. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from Brown University.
