Profile
Chris is a Director and Portfolio Manager in the Retirement & Savings organization at MetLife. He has more than 20 years of experience in investment consulting and asset management services. In his role at MetLife, Chris counsels clients on investment issues, assists on technical marketing, oversees development and implementation of clients’ investment programs, and engages in new product development.
Prior to joining MetLife, Chris was a Vice President at State Street Global Advisors where he advised institutional investors on asset allocation and related investment issues. His background also includes Treasury and corporate finance experience at Lotus Development Corporation and Wang Laboratories. Chris received a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Bowdoin College, an MPA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in Finance and Applied Economics from the Sloan School of Management at MIT. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and teaches in the Shulman CFA review program.
