Global Green Initiative
The Global Green Initiative at Brandeis International Business School is a multidisciplinary program in research and education dedicated to innovative thinking in corporate sustainability. The Initiative’s mission is to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of environmental and social concerns on businesses strategy, and devise new approaches to sustainability and put them into practice.

Today the Initiative encompasses a wide array of the school’s activities in this area including: cutting-edge research by IBS faculty, high-profile speakers from industry on campus, student events, and courses related to the new MBA in Socially Responsible Business, called "The Global Green MBA".
Launched in 2008, the Initiative builds on the legacy of Justice Louis Brandeis who believed that companies ought to address broader social purposes beyond profits and that financial return ought not be the only measure of success in business.
