Leading Brandeis University specialists in politics, economics and history will analyze the Nov. 4 presidential election results and discuss what comes next at a Spotlight Forum in Rapaporte Treasure Hall on Thursday, Nov. 6.

Panelists will address what Tuesday's results tell us about the economic, racial, gender and foreign affairs issues that figured prominently in the campaign, and which remain at the top of the national agenda.

The discussion, which begins at 7 p.m., will be moderated by Guy Raz '96, who is National Public Radio's defense correspondent.

Panelists will be Peniel Joseph, an associate professor of African and Afro-American Studies who did Democratic and Republican convention commentary for PBS; Jill S. Greenlee, an assistant professor of politics and specialist on women in American politics; Mingus Mapps, an assistant professor of African and Afro-American Studies and specialist in urban politics; and John Ballantine Jr., a senior lecturer at the Brandeis International Business School who specializes in financial institutions and labor economics.

The program is free and open to the public. Reservations are not required.
