The Perlmutter Institute for Global Business Leadership is pleased to host Kevin Steinberg, Chief Operating Officer of World Economic Forum USA (the North American affiliate of the World Economic Forum.) Mr. Steinberg will bring to Brandeis International Business School critical insights which emerged from the recent World Economic Forum held in Davos, Switzerland. This annual meeting, entitled “Shaping the Post-Crisis World,” brought together global leaders from business and government who explored how to achieve global prosperity amidst the many challenges faced in the current turbulent times.
Currently, Mr. Steinberg serves as Chief Operating Officer, World Economic Forum USA Inc. which acts as the global headquarters for its Centre for Global Industries. He is responsible for the New York-based industry groups with a focus on the Financial Services sector, as well as overall operations of the Forum USA Affiliate. Mr. Steinberg also served ten years with McKinsey & Company in New York and Switzerland.
The mission of the Perlmutter Institute for Global Business Leadership is to prepare students for leadership positions in the global corporation of the future or in the not-for-profit sector. |
