Innovation Works: How Young Entrepreneurs Thrive in a Bad Economy
This is an upcoming MassINC event that will examine the effects the current recession is having on young entrepreneurs in Massachusetts. The newspapers are filled with stories of struggling businesses, but “Innovation Works: How Young Entrepreneurs Thrive in a Bad Economy” will ask how growth is possible during difficult times. “Innovation Works” is part of MassINC’s young professionals program, RealTalk, and will take place on September 30th from 6:30 to 8pm at Ned Devine’s in Faneuil Hall Marketplace.
This panel discussion will feature panelists Morgan First, marketing and community director for The Second Glass; Terry Lozoff, co-founder and president of Street Attack; and Elizabeth Thornton, lecturer in entrepreneurship at Babson College. The discussion will be moderated by Scott Kirsner, Innovation Economy columnist with The Boston Globe.
RealTalk is generously sponsored by: State Street Corporation and Zipcar.
