School of Management
Boston, MA 02115
The Simmons Net Impact Chapter, in cooperation with the School of Management and with the generous support of Eileen Fisher, are excited to announce the 4th annual Corporate Social Responsibility Panel. The Panel will be held on the 5th floor of the SOM, on Monday, July 19th at 5:30pm.
Prior to the Panel, expert panelists will speak with students about sector-specific CSR issues and opportunities during exclusive "breakout" discussions. These intimate sessions are RSVP-only, and will be capped at 12 students per panelist.
The expert panelists include:
Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs Fidelity Investments
Partner at HaglerHomrich Sustainability Consulting Group
VP of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, Ahold USA
Director of Global EHS & Sustainability at Biogen Idec
Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at EMC
The Panel will discuss the latest shift in CSR, from an ancillary practice to a more integrated component of a business strategy, a modern competitive advantage.
Over the past few years, the CSR Panel has attracted a large and enthusiastic audience of students, faculty, alumnae, and Net Impact members from Simmons and other Boston-area networks-including other universities and businesses. The Panel is also an important complement to the Simmons SOM core curriculum and concentration in Corporate Social Responsibility.
