Many firms will consider taking you out to a restaurant for a final round interview or expect you to know how to eat with an American client in a professional, appropriate American style.  Mannersmith is an etiquette consulting firm that delivers workshops to clients ranging from children to CEOs. Each workshop is a combination of lecture, activities and exercises designed to ensure that learning about business etiquette is both educational and entertaining.  You will sit down to a 3-course meal and learn the proper etiquette for dining in an American business setting.
