Mr. Rudin was elected Vice President and General Counsel of Millipore Corporation in December 1996 and as Clerk of Millipore in 1999. Prior to joining Millipore, Mr. Rudin served Ciba Corning Diagnostics Corp. as Senior Vice President and General Counsel and as Vice President and General Counsel.
