IBM Academic Initiative
Robert Bry is a Relationship Manager with IBM's Academic Initiative responsible for developing technology skills partnerships with colleges & universities in the east region of United States. He works closely with faculty to align a myriad of resources including software, course ware and serious game/simulation technology for integration into college curricula to help better educate students for a more competitive information technology workforce of the future. Before joining the Academic Initiative, Robert held a number of positions within IBM including most recently Acquisition Enablement Manager, as the worldwide focal point for enabling IBM teams on IBM Software's acquisition strategy and recently acquired products & technologies. Prior to that Robert was a Worldwide Sales Leader for IBM Lotus software, engaging with strategic customers and IBM teams worldwide. He also spent several years as a Technology Evangelist and IT Specialist, leading a team frequently leveraged to articulate the value of IBM software to customers and partners globally.

Josh Bock

Joshua Bock is a specialist in business process management at IBM, focused on aligning key business needs with the technology required to realize improvements. Josh began his career as a consultant in IBM's Software Services for WebSphere organization, working with customers to define, analyze, and improve their business operations using process modeling, implementation, and monitoring. In 2007, Josh became one of IBM's worldwide technical leaders for WebSphere business process management, traveling the world to train IBM technical specialists and provide his expertise to customers. In this role, he also worked directly with IBM's BPM product teams to incorporate customer needs and feedback into future product strategy

David Whitehouse, Ph.D
Senior Business Process Management Architect,

Since joining IBM in 2004 Dr. Whitehouse has worked closely with some of IBM's leading clients in a range of industries, including Financial Services, Insurance, and State Government,. helping them adopt Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions. In addition to working with clients, David is the co-leader of the North American Business Process Management Technical Community within IBM. In this role he has provided input to IBM Leadership on the skills required to deliver value to clients and to IBM. Prior to IBM, Dr. Whitehouse was a Research Scientist at the Los Alamos and Brookhaven National Laboratories, a Chief Technology Officer at an regional systems integrator, a development manager and a web developer. |
