New Chair Dedicated at IBS

IBS Professor Ed Bayone and Earle Kazis '55

On April 25, IBS celebrated the dedication of the Earle W. Kazis '55 Chair in the Practice of Finance and International Real Estate. Created through the generosity of Earle Kazis, the chair's first occupant is Professor Ed Bayone. The dedication included a lively panel discussion among real estate leaders entitled "Real Estate Markets in Transition: Sea Change or Cycle?". The panelists included Jonathan Davis '75, CEO, Davis, Marcus Partners, John Usdan, President, Midwood Management Corporation and Chair, IBS Board of Overseers, Professor Bayone, Earle W. Kazis '55 and Gene Kohn, Chairman, Kohn Pedersen Fox Architects. Earle and his family and friends were also on hand to help us celebrate this event.
