IBS Professor Robert Reitano was selected to co-chair a panel commissioned to conduct an independent review of the Ontario Teachers' pension plan, the largest single-profession pension plan in Canada. The panel was jointly commissioned by the Ontario Teachers' Federation (OTF), the Ontario government and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, the Plan manager, and focused its review on the assumptions used to value the cost of future pension benefits and plan assets.
