At a time when the world economy is pulsing with vibrant entrepreneurial energy, the Brandeis International Business School (IBS) is proud
to dedicate the Asper Center for Global Entrepreneurship. The Asper Center will serve as Brandeis' platform to probe and understand the
key trends affecting entrepreneurship across cultures and borders. It will provide an array of learning experiences
through courses, seminars and conferences, internships, business plan competitions, field visits and meetings with global entrepreneurs.
The Center was established by Leonard J. Asper '86, President of CanWest Global Communications, Canada's largest
media conglomerate. His generosity led to the creation of the Asper Forum and Entrepreneurship Award in 2004.
