Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

Does IBS' Technology Department repair computers?
We can fix most software issues, but hardware issues should be addressed by the Brandeis LTS Hardware Repair Shop located in the main floor of the Golfarb Library.

Can I borrow equipment from the Technology Department; cameras, laptops, phones, etc.?
Students are able to sign out certain types of technology including: cameras, presenters and phones. Only staff and faculty have the ability to borrow laptops for business-related use.
