answer The IBS Help Desk is located in the Sachar International Center, Room 102.

question Where can I go for problems with my Campus Card (ie- card won't work when I swipe it through the card reader, etc)?

question How do I add Who Cash to my campus ID card?

answer Visit the Campus Card Office at Kutz Hall. Need a map? 

question Does IBS Technology sell technology equipment?

answer IBS Technology does not generally sell equipment or software, however when items do become available, we will notify students via email and flyers.

question Does IBS Technology give out software like Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat?

answer Unfortunately, IBS Technology does not provide students with computer software. We do however offer access to many software packages in the IBS Computer Cluster. Alternatively, you can purchase software through the University by following this link.

question Does IBS' Technology Department repair computers?

answer We can fix most software issues, but hardware issues should be addressed by LTS Repair Shop; located in the Goldfarb Library.

question Can I borrow equipment from the Technology Department; cameras, lap-tops, phones, etc.?

answer Students are able to sign out certain types of technology; cameras. presenters and conference phones. Only staff and faculty have the ability to borrow lap-tops for business-related use.

question Where are the Brandeis Help Desks located?

answer There is one in Shapiro, Feldberg, and Goldfarb Library.

question Does IBS Technology assist with web site design and creation?

answer IBS Technology does not develop or support websites outside of the main IBS Website.

question Can students reserve rooms?

answer Yes, but space is limited. They must reserve them through the Student Services Office.

question How can I purchase STATA?

answer You can purchase STATA, for a discounted rate, here. After you place your order, you will be contacted within 48 hours with pick-up instructions.

question Where can I go to purchase business cards (students only)?

answer Business cards can be purchased through the Career Services department.

question Where do I go if the IBS cluster copier/printers are out of paper?

answer See Rob in the IBS technology office.

question Where do I go if my printer runs out of toner (Faculty Only)?

answer Economics faculty should contact your IBS Faculty Administrator. IBS faculty should contact the IBS Technology Office for toner only, paper still goes through your IBS Faculty Administrator
