IBS Web Services provides training and support for staff and student employees utilizing the Brandeis Content Management System (CMS) to updates the IBS Website. All CMS users must take the Brandeis Communications sanctioned LTS Web Services CMS Training before scheduling a template training with IBS Web Services.
Faculty Guide pages are updated through the SAGE system and function as the primary location for faculty information. Faculty members may update their own profile through the Brandeis SAGE system under the "Faculty Data" section. For further assistance contact IBS Faculty Administration.
IBS Technology does not have access to faculty profiles through SAGE
Brandeis University provides additional web space for faculty members who wish to host their own professional website outside of the IBS Faculty Guide. Support and setup of this system is driven through Brandeis LTS Web Communications. IBS Faculty Administration is the primary point of contact for assistance with development, editing or support of existing sites and requests for new webspace.
In conjunction with the IBS Student Services Office, IBS Web Services assists student run clubs in the LTS Request Process necessary to begin development of club websites. IBS Web Services assists by requesting web-space, setting up email forwarding/aliases and email-list-server setup for student clubs while providing access to University sanctioned web-development systems such as Google Sites.
