IBS is home to the Brandeis University Bloomberg Lab. This lab is located on the bottom level of Lemberg Academic Center by the rear entrance. The Bloomberg Lab contains 11 Bloomberg Terminal Computers (10 for general use and 1 for instructor/training purposes). Each computer has a dual monitor configuration and contains various software packages including:
- Bloomberg
- STATA
- Microsoft Office
- Endnote
- Excel/Endnote Bloomberg Plugins
The Bloomberg Lab is for use of Members of the Brandeis University Community and is often used by Faculty in their coursework and classroom learning. Due to the use by Faculty, the Bloomberg Lab may not always be available. Faculty/Staff conducting classes or training sessions have first access to the Bloomberg Lab. While the Bloomberg Lab is a Brandeis & Brandeis International Business School computer lab, Hardware and Software Issues are supported by the IBS Technology Department while Software and System Training is supported by the Brandeis Library & Technology Services Department under the direction of Jason Bernard
