The IBS Help Desk offers a wide range of rental equipment for use by Students, Faculty, and Staff for University related business.

• PowerPoint Presenters
• IP Telephones
• Conference Phones
• Tri-Pods
• Laptops (Staff/Faculty Only)

Student rentals are on a first come - first serve basis and are limited to one day rentals only.  All students renting equipment must have the item(s) returned by 8:00pm Mon-Thur or by 5:00pm on Fridays unless another arrangement has been made.  Students wishing to rent equipment must have a valid Brandeis Student ID and their Brandeis email address available.

Faculty may contact ahead and reserve equipment for a specific date.

All persons, regardless of title renting equipment from the IBS Technology Department is responsible for such equipment.  Failure to return, or return of damaged items may warrant a fee payable by charge line (Faculty/Staff) or by cash (Students)

IBS Technology also sells 2GB Custom Engraved Flash Drives.  Flash drives are currently $5.00 each, however are not available for rental.
