History
The school was established in 1994 as the Graduate School of International Economics and Finance with 50 students and two degrees: a PhD and the Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance - Lemberg Program (MA). In 1998 Brandeis IBS launched the MBA and Master of Science in Finance (MSF) programs, and in 2003 changed our name to Brandeis IBS.
