Sergei Zilbermints, MS, has more than 15 years of experience in software development. He is Microsoft-certified and has been teaching various Microsoft-related technologies courses for the past 12 years. Additionally, he actively designs and develops .NET client-server and Internet applications using the latest industry accepted methodologies.
