Deborah Wheaton Hemdal, JD, has a solo practice in Westborough, Massachusetts. She represents clients in the areas of Special Education Law, Human Rights for the Disabled, Guardianship, and Divorce. She also serves as Chairperson for the Human Rights Committees for Glavin Regional Center and the Horace Mann Educational Association (Worcester division).
