Cynthia Phillips, PhD, is currently serving as an instructor and as the Academic Chair of the IT Management, Information Security and Health and Medical Informatics Programs. Her background is in software development, requirements engineering, and information systems management. She has also taught a variety of industry seminars and has been involved in online education at Brandeis and other institutions.
