Carl Eugene Moore, MBA, MFA, has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology with over 18 years as a Healthcare Information Technology Manager. He holds MBA's in Accounting and Finance as well as Healthcare Administration, and an MFA in Creative Writing. His doctoral work is in Healthcare Administration with a focus on Health Informatics.
