Ernesto Escobedo, PhD, MBA, is a Federal Mediator at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, EEOC, a federal agency that investigates and resolves employment issues and disputes. Dr. Escobedo has over 20 years of federal government service. He is a member of the Texas Mediator Credentialed Association and holds a TMCA CDM certification, Credentialed Distinguished Mediator. He is also a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and holds an SPHR certification, Senior Professional in Human Resources. His research interests are in mediation and conflict resolution.
