Tom Lightfoot is a senior-level project-management consultant with more than
35 years of experience across the areas of health care, information
technology, high-tech manufacturing, and higher education. He is a member of
the Project Management Institute and a certified project-management
professional. Tom is an instructor in the Rabb School of Continuing Studies, Division of Graduate Professional Studies.
