During the fall 2008 term, GPS had a course evaluation completion rate of 73%.

While that is a fantastic response rate, we would like that number to be even higher.

Please remember to complete your course evaluations. Your feedback is critical to our continued success.

Course Evaluations

Course evaluations are part of Brandeis University’s commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.

The online course evaluation system is easy, convenient, secure, anonymous and confidential. 

Evaluation results are used by:

  • Instructors to improve their teaching.
  • The executive director and program chairs to evaluate instructors and courses.
  • The university to determine teaching awards.

Now completely online, the course evaluation system is administered by the Office of the Provost. Information about the course evaluation system is available via SAGE during the final few weeks of each term.

Students will receive announcements and reminders to their Brandeis email address when it is time to complete course evaluations. Instructors will also post notices in LATTE when course evaluations are available.

SAGE Instructions

  1. Log into SAGE.
  2. On the Student Services page, select Academics.
  3. Under Enrollment, select Course Evaluations.
  4. A list of courses in which you are enrolled will be displayed. Please complete an evaluation for each course/instructor listed.
