Teaching Fellows Handbook

Being a teaching fellow is an important component of graduate education at Brandeis and a requirement for earning a Ph.D. While teaching fellows' responsibilities vary by department, they acts as teachers, mentors, role models and even as "personal counselors" to undergraduates.

A teaching fellow's course work, labs and research are also formidable responsibilities. Balancing these responsibilities as a TF and student with other commitments may be one of the most difficult tasks a fellow faces.

This Teaching Fellow Handbook is designed to assist fellows as they face these challenges.
