On Campus Emergencies Call Campus Police at BEMCo (Brandeis Emergency Medical Corp) can be reached at The Health Center can be reached at In cases of injury or sudden onset of non emergent illness, call the Health Center at extension 6-3677. A nurse can assess the illness and help to arrange the most appropriate care. While a quick trip to a hospital emergency room may seem the thing to do, it is not always the best or fastest way to handle such conditions. Health Center nurses are on duty and physicians and consultants are nearby, on call, and can often provide appropriate care. You may also call the Brandeis Emergency Medical Corps (BEMCo) at extension 6-3333. The members of BEMCo are EMTs. They have an emergency vehicle available for transportation. |
