Test, Medications and Referals

The Health Center has a network of clinicians and specialists that we refer to. The costs of lab tests, medications, X-rays and off-campus referrals are the full responsibility of the student. Please be aware of how your particular insurance works, what restrictions apply, especially if you are covered by an HMO. Prior approval by your Primary Care Provider may be necessary before lab tests or medications are ordered and before referrals are made. If you have QSHIP there is a maximum coverage.
