Caroline is a senior member of the employer relations team serving as a point person in several fields and industries including education, community impact, marketing, and government. Utilizing an ecosystem model of engagement, she connects employers, campus partners, students and alumni to opportunities and engagement experiences.
Caroline is integrally involved in The Dialogues, a cross-campus effort which creates opportunities for staff and faculty to actively engage in discussions about diversity, equity, and inclusion at Brandeis. She has experience serving on multiple cross-divisional committees at Brandeis including the Community Partnerships Task Force which examines connections within the University to Waltham and the Greater Boston community, ‘DEIS Impact core committee that explores social justice on campus, in Waltham & around the world, The Dialogues, Hiatt’s professional development committee, and many others.
Caroline has held multiple board roles and has been involved in various professional associations including: Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE), National Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA), the Employer Relations Consortium (ERC), Partnership for Public Service, National Millennial Community (NMC) as a founding member, and more. She is currently participating in NASPA’s 2018 Mid-Level Institute.
Prior to coming to Hiatt, Caroline worked in admissions at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, in the Division of Continuing and Professional Studies at Brandeis University, public health education and counseling at Health Care of Southeastern MA and human resources at the YW Boston.
