Prior to joining Hiatt, Cary developed institutional partnerships and programs that created access to jobs, internships and scholarships for underrepresented students and professionals as vice president of student affairs for the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) and assistant director of graduate admission for Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business. He is the liaison for the following academic areas: african & afro-american studies, business, computer science, economics and health: science, society & policy (HSSP).
Cary is actively involved in organizations with social-impact and social-innovation missions and has served as a board member, advisor and committee member for a range of talent, diversity and tech organizations. These include Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE), Prospanica, PangeaConnect, Fairsey, and Needham Diversity Initiative. He has also led career and diversity empowerment workshops and keynote sessions for leaders and students from hundreds of companies and universities throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Cary received an MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University, a Masters in global marketing communication from Emerson College and a BA in psychology from Brandeis University.
