On-Campus Recruiting Opportunities

Industry Career Forums: Meet the future of career fairs! Participate in one of several industry-specific career events attended by hundreds of students who are expressly interested in your industry. Forums typically begin with a keynote speaker or expert panel discussion followed by round table networking with students, faculty, and other employers. View upcoming forums.

Resume Collections: Provide a job description and a deadline and Hiatt will collect pre-approved student resumes and send them to you by your requested date. Candidates for these positions have completed Hiatt’s campus recruiting requirements, which include getting their resume approved by a Hiatt career counselor, and signing a social responsibility and integrity contract.  This is a great option for organizations that are unable to travel to campus to conduct interviews.  Request a resume collection.

On-Campus Interviewing: Schedule on-campus interviews with Brandeis students in Hiatt’s interview rooms. Hiatt can also help to schedule interviews over the phone or via Skype.  Request an interview schedule.

Information Sessions: Give a stand-alone presentation to enhance awareness of your organization and upcoming career opportunities and deadlines. Hiatt can order refreshments for your event upon request.  Schedule an information session.

For additional information about the recruiting opportunities listed below, please contact Lauren Labrecque, Assistant Director of Employer Relations, at (781) 736-3611.

Brown Bag Information Session: Talk to students about your organization in a more personalized, discussion-based setting.

Industry Training & Workshops: Lead an industry-specific training or workshop to give students a better understanding of your organization and the types of candidates you seek.

Mock Interviews: Help students develop their interviewing and networking skills while building deeper connections with the Brandeis campus.

Employer Office Hours: Promote your organization by hosting one-on-one informational interviews with students to help them explore your organization and field in a more casual environment.

Class Visits: Brand your organization as an industry expert at Brandeis by participating in classroom discussions with target students and faculty about current topics relevant to your field.
